Not 100% satisfied?

Return Policy

 

Thank you for supporting my small business.  I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or a Busy Blessed store credit. Please read the information below for my return policy. 

 

Returns:

Busy Blessed will accept returns within ten (10) days of the day your order was delivered.  In order to return an item you must contact me via email within those 10 days and I will send you the information needed to proceed with the return.  All returned items must be in new condition.  This means unused and unwashed with all original tags and labels attached. Items that appear worn, have stains, odors, etc. will not be accepted.  The customer is responsible for shipping on exchange items. 

 

Exchanges:
Exchanges may be possible depending on stock levels, however they are not guaranteed.  Please let me know in the email if you are looking for an exchange.  

 

Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will process your return.  Please allow up to 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.  Refunds will be issued through the original form of payment after the item is received and inspected.  Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card statement.  Busy Blessed does not credit original shipping charges.  I will notify you by email when your order has been processed.  

 

Exceptions:
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details listed below to arrange a refund or exchange. 

 

Please Note: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
